Magic "Mushrooms"
We're drinking a elixir that Mother Teresa got from the Tibetan monks and took to India, then Mexico for people without easy access to medical personnel. You use it just like the bulgaros that Roberto makes for yogurt. They're called tibicos and have results from a google search. It tastes like the mushroom juice we made years ago that were round and covered the whole bowl. This is easier though.
Upholstery
They came today for the upstairs furniture! They say it will be ready before Christmas. The three young men picked up the sofa and chair and just walked off to their shop several bumpy blocks away.
Housekeeping
Roberto's been busy with 2 plumbing jobs - a new piece for Carmen's sink and a new faucet for our kitchen. He's also lining drawers with plastic.
Tech
Never mind the secretary. We found a perfect computer desk at the market. Robert will varnish it to match other furniture. The wireless works all over the house! The nook got a book that Mary ordered for me form Minneapolis!
Food
Bought spinach at the Rotunda and made a fritata with canned salmon. Bought yummy cheese cake deserts from the back of someone's car parked on Obispo. He's from Banderilla.
